CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator deli drawer broke CAUSE: right side drawer support broken CORRECTION:customer had new support, installed new support
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator section is not getting cold but freezer is still working properly. CAUSE: Found back panel and evaporator coils covered in frost. Tested the refrigerator defrost bi-metal thermostat for continuity, refrigerator defrost bi-metal continuity failed test. Refrigerator defrost bi-metal has electrical short. CORRECTION: Defrosted refrigerator evaporator coils and replaced defrost bi-metal thermostat. Operation now normal. CONCERN: Refrigerator section is not getting cold. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected voltage from terminal block to compressor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. Tested compressor operation, compressor operation normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage to evaporator fan motor, voltage normal at the time of inspection. CONCERN: Dryer takes too long to dry clothes, dryer does get hot though. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Tested dryer for proper heater element operation. Heater operation is normal. Inspected heater thermostat operation for short cycling condition, thermostat is short cycling. Inspected dryer air flow at the duct flume, air flow is normal at this time, no signs of flow restriction. Cause, Wall vent clogged with lint. CORRECTION: Performed dryer vent cleaning, tested for restrictions, operation now normal

CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is overflowing when making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Found the ice maker failing. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator dispenser counter is off, causing oz reading wrong. CAUSE: Found dispenser water valve failing. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator dispenser water valve and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
Service call, found bad main control board and heating element. Customer declined estimate.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting cold. CAUSE: Found compressor failed, condenser line severely corroded. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor and receiver dryer, replaced corroded portion of condenser line, evacuated system and recharged with refrigerant. Operation now normal.
Found bad motor inverter control board. EST $449.80 pls tax. PART BACKORDER STATUS FROM GE. Eta ship date as of today September 12th.
CONCERN: Customer reports dishwasher is not draining. CAUSE: Garbage disposal plug not removed. CORRECTION: Tested dishwasher pump for proper voltage and inspected for restrictions. Found restriction at garbage disposal plug, removed plug and tested. Operation now normal.
CAUSE: Found refrigerator water filter housing failed. CORRECTION: Replaced refrigerator water filter housing and tested for leaks. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
